Activating your Energetic Body and Attuning to your rhythms

Activation of the Body of Energies.
You already possess a considerable understanding of reality and consciousness. You have been directed to me to deepen your knowledge of the body of energies. Understanding these energy bodies can assist you in manifesting and guiding the energies around you.
In any network of energies in nature, there are connecting poles that, when linked, allow information to flow from one source to another. This flow requires some form of currency, which consists of differences in energy levels, states, and harmonic tones or frequencies. If the frequencies do not match, there is no flow.
Energy flows in and out of you through physical interactions with your environment and your inner potency. It travels through your five senses, including your scalp, genitals, palms, and the soles of your feet. By directing or touching something under the right conditions, a connection is initiated. These are the nine gates or channels that, when synchronized and opened, can directly connect you with your surroundings and other living beings, allowing you to feel what animals feel and sense their intentions.
The first step is to clear out your internal meridians so that you can connect with the external and ultimately the cosmic meridians. This process involves emptying yourself, which includes your mind, heart, and body. The mind is emptied by not clinging to ideas, knowledge, or daily concerns, which allows your mind to become aware of the flowing energies.
The heart is emptied similarly, by holding things loosely to allow emotional flexibility and fluidity. People with bad temperaments often hold things too tightly in their hearts. The body is cleared by monitoring your diet, engaging in physical activities, and connecting to nature through interactive breathing and other energy practices. This synchronization with your environment helps you become more unified with your surroundings.
Clearing your thoughts, ideas, and mentality is not as difficult as it may seem. Treat ideas and knowledge as temporary awareness, which keeps your perception fresh and new. This allows you to see things as they are, not as you assume them to be. You will begin to see the unseen rays and auras around objects, identify stagnant energies in different places and around people, and determine which places are good to stay in or need cleansing. You will witness the flow of these finer energies around people and objects, enabling you to bless water and food effectively.
Attuning to Your Inner Being
Your Inner Being comprises thoughts and emotions that often transcend your immediate physical surroundings. You might experience sudden mood shifts or contentment unrelated to current circumstances. These feelings emerge from beyond the physical environment because your Inner Being transcends physical limitations. For instance, a mother or guardian may sense when their child is in danger due to the potency of this Inner Being.
These experiences are not mere imagination or emotional triggers. Rather, they represent your Inner Being’s ability to transcend current location and time. When you learn to attune to this Inner Being, you expand your consciousness. This state is achieved through stillness — not just of the mind, but of your entire self. As you are still yourself, inner dimensions begin to reveal themselves. Beyond the knowledge reinforced earlier in life lies an entirely new dimension of self, broader in scope, where energies and motion create forms and patterns transcending the limitations of time and space. By tuning into these inner dimensions, a person can sense and perceive beyond the confines of space and time.
Upon achieving this state, you will see your outer body as a malleable shell, adjustable at will. You can mold your outer layer as you please.
To begin, seek stillness. You may lie down, sit in a meditation posture, or simply find a comfortable position with the intention of reaching this stillness. Behind the storms of daily thoughts, worries, concerns, plans, goals, and emotions lies this inner self. When you enter this state, everything in the world may appear smaller and lighter, like a mist or temporary cloud waiting to pass. You’ll settle into this inner dimension, which forms the foundation of the external world and shapes your reality.
Once you’ve successfully rooted yourself in this reality, the outside realm will move according to your will. You’ll have found yourself on a firmer foundation than the external environment provides, allowing a greater influence over your perceived reality.
