Focus & Concentration — Mental Wings of Multi-Dimensional Reality
How to apply focus and concentration to be where you want to be.
Focus and Concentration
By definition, the focus is on having or producing a clear visual definition. To put it simply, the focus is where you put your attention.
Diverting, stretching, and relaxing are the opposite of focusing. When you tense your muscles you are targeting a specific mass and object in space. Also in the same way, when you are focusing your mind you are targeting a specific place, items, or events in space and space.
While concentration is staying focused for a long period of time. When you combine these two elements miracles happen.
Our eyes can focus to a certain distance in space, either close to us or further away from us, same with our muscles we can apply a specific amount of force to perform a specific task, say you can only push, pull, jump and carry a specific amount of weight but not beyond that, this coincides with the relationship between mind and body, on the contrary, you can feel or weigh a weight to a certain limit where beyond that is no longer relevant or within the human limitations.
Accepting your multidimensional inheritance.
I know a lot of people have not noticed this, and would not know this. However, the secret is that your mind can continue to access other realms beyond the limitations of the physical body. What this means is that for example, when you focus on a specific item, you can make it blurry by focusing slightly off it or further than its actual distance. The trick here is that once you work on your concepts of what reality is, then you will begin to be able to see beyond the physical.
In shamanic and mystical practices, we use this technique to see or read a person’s history. They learn to shift their perception from the current object and follow its network in other dimensions. The mind will automatically bring insights from other dimensions. And this is how psychics work. Psychics are simple people who have raised and expanded their awareness beyond physical limitations.
Where ordinary people have clogged and blocked themselves with ideas and beliefs that this is the only reality, so when they try to focus beyond this reality, the beliefs and preconceived ideas get in the way. The limiting beliefs keep a person locked in this reality. And some people are crystalized so badly that they will go to lengths to discredit someone or ridicule someone.
If you try to focus your attention beyond the limit of your perception, you are in fact looking at that world you are peering beyond this dimension, same with the muscles when you are relaxing beyond the relaxation point you are in fact traversing into another realm because you have other bodies that you can jump into and connect.
As easy as it sounds, it takes perseverance and determination to reach this state, because as human beings we have been conditioned to believe that there is nothing beyond the physical, and to pass through that belief is not as easy.
That’s why some people can astral travel or have out-of-body experiences.
Have you ever seen a person who is in deep thought? Their eyes appear to be “out of focus”; they are either looking below or above this world, which indicates that they are in that place. To be more precise their minds are out of focus.
You have to understand that wherever your attention is energy flows. The statement clarifies that wherever you put your attention, energy seems to follow. Above all your attention is what drives your focus, and your focus is what operates your sensory organs for example muscles, eyes, ears, etc. Which is imperative to understand.
Can you travel to another dimension?
The answer is straightforward forward YES, our brains are the ultimate inter-dimensional traveling machines, just that there are different opinions about how one defines what is reality.
When you are dreaming at night for example, have you been transported to another dimension or is it just an illusion? or so-called imagination if you are planning to go visit a friend, in your mind you ‘remember’ his/her place and know how to contact them physically, does this principle apply when it comes to imagination, inventions, ideas, goals, dreams, etc?
When you plan for the future is there any difference between this and the way you navigate your known world?
The universe always works for you but that’s half of it.
The thing is when you believe in something or want something so badly, cosmic laws will make it happen. The key is to not lose focus and concentration.
Now don’t be so excited about this as there are also the laws of polarity and in addition to that, there is the law of cause and effect. Loss and gain. One thing you have to ask yourself is what are you willing to lose in order to gain what you want.
You are a young child who loves ice cream and wants to eat it every day. You are willing to sacrifice anything else in order to have ice cream every day. You cry and want it so badly that you will do anything to have it. However, your guardians understand the consequences and will not let you serve ice cream every day.
Because if you have ice cream as your meal, you know the consequences: declining health and decaying teeth. The same principle applies to what one wishes to have. You may see it as a positive thing but it may not necessarily be a positive thing.
The Dimension of the Mind.
Assume you are standing on a high building and see the entire landscape of the city with highways, roads, and railways leading into different places and locations. There is also a similar principle in the mental realm, that if you know where you want to go with a proper ‘vehicle’ you will arrive there.
The mind is your vehicle but with the assistance of other elements like motivation, self-confidence, self-discipline, endurance, and many other elements you will get where you want to be or become what you want to become.
When we apply the proper principles of mind we can find ourselves being transported to the exact location we want to be. As long as we let go of doubts, self-criticism, and all other habits that get us off track.
