This is a guided meditation to initiate a connection with your angels or spirit guides. Whether you have already connected with your angels or spirit guides this meditation will guide you to receive and have conversations with your angels or spirit guides.

This meditation will take between 45 minutes to one hour depending on the session. If you have never connected with your guides or angels before it will open communication with them.

The techniques used here are easy to follow for beginners and experts. You should follow the rhythms and the sounds for breathing and relaxation. If it is your first time you should have an open mind without any pursuit, let things happen without forcing. For some people, you may connect with your guides instantly and for some people, it might take several trials before they initiate contact.

Let’s begin:

● We begin this session by Finding a comfortable position. Have your pen and paper ready to write down, the messages, and the general experience that you may receive from your guides.

● Hold an intention that you wish to establish a connection with your spiritual guides: by saying these words; 
 
 “ I call upon the protection and guidance from The Almighty Source of All Life, I surround myself under the protection of the divine light of the Almighty Creator with the healing light and constructive energies.
 
 I wish to establish a connection with my spirit guides, I am here at this moment only, for this reason, I am ready to listen to what you want to tell me. I am doing this for my personal and spiritual growth to bring harmony to my life. And so it is.”

We begin this exercise by

breathing in the fresh air and fresh energies. As you breathe in you imagine breathing bright and intense energy that fills up your entire body until your body illuminates,

then you hold the energy by feeling your body full of intense energy, releasing all blockages within your body,

then as you breathe out slowly imagining all ailments, aches, and negative energies gushing out with your breath fading away with the exhaling,

then you hold your lungs empty by imagining your body is pure and free of negative energies and blockages.

Let’s do the first trial.

○ Breath in . . . . . . . imagining intense energy entering your body as you breathe, filling it up and radiating your body.

○ Hold your breath . . . . . . .Imagining your body illuminates because it is full of energy, this energy releases all blockages within your body.

○ Breath out . . . . . . .Imagine all negative energies, illnesses gushing out as you breathe out until it is pure and empty.

○ Hold it . . . . . . . Imagine your body being at its purest state, as you hold your lungs empty and stay in that state.

○ Breath in . . . . . . .

○ Hold your breath . . . . . . .

● Relax, let all worries and concerns drift away like a fading wind.

● Now we are going to relax different parts of the body step by step.

○ Become aware of your entire head with your eyes, ears, nose mouth, and face feeling relaxed. Feel your entire head relaxing with all your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and face from the surface of your facial skin relaxing deeper and deeper, let the relaxation sinking deeper, sinking all the way to the center of your consciousness, and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, concerns, worry, anxiety, and any sorts of pain melt and fade away. Let the healing green light surround and heal this part of you and feel calm and Relaxed.

○ Become aware of your neck and shoulders area and relax. Feel your neck and shoulders relaxing from outside going all the way to the center of your bones and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain melt and fade away. Let the healing green light surround and heal this part of your body and feel Relaxed.

○ Become aware of your upper arms and feel relaxed. Feel your upper arms relaxing and go numb, feel relaxed from the surface of your skin, letting the relaxation sinking deeper all the way through the muscles to the bones. Relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain melt and fade away. Let the healing green light surround you and heal this part of your body and feeling calmed and Relaxed

○ Become aware of your lower arms and feel relaxed from the surface of your skin, letting the relaxation sinking deeper all the way through the muscles to the bones. and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain melt and fade aware. Let the healing green light surround and heal this part of your body and feel Relax, relax, relax…….

○ Become aware of your palms and relax. Feel your palms relaxing and going numb, beginning with the baby finger feel your baby finger relaxed, then your ring fingers relaxing more and more, now move to your middle fingers, feeling them relaxing more and more, then move to the index finger feeling them relaxed more and more then finally move to your thumbs, feel them relaxing more and more and feel this relaxation spreading all over your palms from outside sinking deeper all the way to the center of your bones, and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain melt and fade aware. Let the healing green light surround and heal this part of your body and feel calm and Relax.

○ Become aware of your chest area and relax. Feel your entire chest relaxing and going numb, beginning with the surface of your skin relaxing from outside going all the way to the center of your being, and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain melt and fade aware. Let the healing green light surround and heal this part of your body and feel Relax, relax, relax…….

○ Become aware of your abdomen area and relax. Feel your entire abdomen area relaxing and going numb, beginning with the surface of your skin relaxing from outside going all the way to the internal organs, and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain or ailments melt and fade aware. Let the healing green light surround and heal the internal organs and feel Relax, relax, relax…….

○ Become aware of your waist area and relax. Feel your entire waist area relaxing and going numb, beginning with the surface of your skin relaxing from outside sinking deep inside from the skin to the muscles sinking deeper and deeper to the internal organs and the bones, and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain or ailments melt and fade away. Let the healing green light surround and heal the internal organs and feel Relaxed.

○ Become aware of your thighs and relax. Feel your thighs relaxing and going numb, beginning with the surface of your skin, feel the relaxation sinking deep from the surface of your skin to the muscles, relaxing deeper and deeper to the bones, and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain melt and fade aware. Let the healing green light surround and heal these parts of your body and feel Relaxed.

○ Become aware of your lower limbs and relax. Feel your lower limbs relaxing and going numb, beginning with the surface of your skin, feel the relaxation sinking deep from the surface of your skin to the muscles, relaxing deeper and deeper to the bones, and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain melt and fade aware. Let the healing green light surround and heal these parts of your body and feel Relaxed.

○ Become aware of your feet and relax. Feel your feet relaxing and going numb, beginning with the surface of your skin, feel the relaxation sinking deep from the surface of your skin to the muscles, relaxing deeper and deeper to the bones, and relax deeper and deeper. Let all tension, and any sorts of pain melt and fade away. Let the healing green light surround and heal these parts of your body and feel Relaxed.
 Remain relaxed with an open mind.

Now at this time, this right moment, {Bring a blank paper and pen ready to write down}
 
 I want you to imagine, it doesn’t matter what you are imagining, Let the imagination flow without judgment.
 
 Just imagine you are standing at the peak of the tallest mountain on Earth. At this peak the clouds are underneath your feet, you see them moving like the waves of the ocean. The sun is descending down until it is right in front of you. This sun is not an ordinary one, but it is a sphere of healing light that gives a warm and healing light, it gives you a sense of being home, you feel welcomed and a sense of belonging. Its light empowers you and removes all obstacles, doubts, and fears, you feel free to express yourself as you please. Within this sphere of light, there are your spiritual guides, they are ready to meet with you. This sphere will only unfold when you accept them and welcome them. Whenever you are ready, just say in your heart, “I welcome you and I wish to initiate a communication with you”
 
 Then when you accept them. At the very center of this nurturing sphere of light, it begins to open, a tiny vortex that spins anti-clockwise beginning to open and revealing these powerful beings inside it. Which are your spiritual guides.
 
 Now you are seeing your spiritual guides, just imagine and let your imagination bring the images
.

How many are there? (Don’t overthink or expect it to be in a certain way, just say the number).
 
 Describe them as clear as possible, [how do they look like? Are they tall or short? Do they have wings? Do they shine? What kind of clothing are they wearing or are they even wearing anything? Just let the imagination flow] {you can pause here and write the description and play again when you are done.}
 
 Introduce yourself, and ask them their names? [What are their names?].

Ask them what is the message they have for you? [What is the message].
 
 Feel free to keep on conversing with them, ask them anything else you wish to know.
 
 When you are done. Thank them and close the session.
