I Asked God for a Billion dollar – This is What I Got
Not the kind of Answer I Expected
One of my favorite and interesting features of being a human is Ignorance, and those who were wise enough claimed that ignorance is bliss.
Being a human is like living in the reality of mysteries, where we simply don’t know, and what we think we know is a temporary and a mere passing of the wind.
What is God?
The question of who or what is God, at first it might appear very simple, but looking at it closer it is not as simple.
The definition of many is that God is the Creator of everything, then if God is the Creator of everything the logic is that whatever it is it must have an unlimited amount of power to supply with me whatever I want.
The logic would follow that if I develop a good relationship with this Creator, then I will be able to request whatever I want and have my wish granted to me.
I like to experiment, so I decided to tap into whatever that Creator is, that source, and ask it a simple request to have one billion dollars in my bank account. I don’t know what the answer will be, but let’s do an experiment.
Dear God, the Creator of everything and the provider of everything, can you grant me 1 billion dollars for personal use and satisfaction?
Dear child, can you grant me your life, as a living sacrifice for my personal use?
My life is something that you already gave to me, so why should I give it back to you?
Because what I have given you is worth more than any other needs you could ever want. If you didn’t have that life there simply wouldn’t be anything for you to want, and that this gift I have given you, is for you to enjoy and flourish. My job is done, whatever you do with my gift is up to you, and that this is the greatest gift of all A Creator could ever offer to his creation, a freedom, freedom of expression.
All these wants and needs are part of creation, to give you all is to abolish you as that which is life will not flourish anymore. If you offer an unlimited supply of food to a wild animal, that is the end of its evolutionary journey as the challenges laid ahead are essential and important for its growth.
Money is the creation of man, better ask the creator of money, they will issue you what you are worth and the equivalent value you bring to them.
As you can see that is a short conversation, where I believe the Definition of God is the address to God, and I believe God is a relative term where it can mean a lot of different things to different people. Depending on someone’s level of comprehension. And as a person grows and learns more, their understanding of God changes.
Some people perceive the Sun as their God, others the Earth, some the river, and some the Universe. But all these people are not necessarily wrong because if you ask them for a reason, they will surely give you one.
So next time you are planning to ask something, be sure to clarify what is your definition of God is, as that definition is the address you are pointing to.
