If Your Phone Runs Out of Juice, so does Your Brain.
It needs constant maintenance and recharging.
Our phones have become part of our lives. That sometimes we can’t live without a phone. Some people can’t even stay five minutes away from their phones.
Mobile phones have brought a lot of conveniences around us. From giving directions, reminding us of upcoming appointments, connecting us with family members, and so much more. This importance becomes apparent when the battery dies. You might even find yourself in a situation where you have to ask a stranger to use their phone. For this reason, some people travel with their chargers, and others travel with power banks so that when it happens they know they are covered.
I personally find it interesting that as we learn and invent more devices, we discover that they are a reflection of ourselves. Because now it is easy for a person to believe there are invisible forces. This is because after the invention of the radio, then people can at least have a practical explanation that they can’t see radio waves. However, they exist and are surrounded by them. People can relate to the functions of their brain a lot after computers were invented because they know how computers work. Then came the invention of the internet, where people can now say, well I am downloading information from the spiritual realm. This will mean that people can at least know or relate to that.
A lot of scientists used to believe that the brain is the source of our thoughts, but that was proven wrong by the Hearthmath institute that there is a biofield that is outside the brain which sends and receives information.
There was a story of the 100th monkey that, on one island the first monkey was given a potato. The monkey saw that the potato was dirty, so she proceeded to clean it with water. Other monkeys were eating them without washing them; after seeing what one of them had done, they decided to wash them before eating them. Then all of the monkeys decided to wash before eating. After reaching the 100th monkey, the rest of the monkeys didn’t even notice it. However, it had become an instinct to the entire herd that even monkeys from remote regions exhibited the same behavior.
As a result of this phenomenon, Rupert Sheldrick asserted there exists a morphic field in which every species, including humans, has a common bio-network within which they transfer and receive information without knowing it. It is the first and original internet, which we connect to instantly to gather information or to solve problems in an instant.
One of my channeling sessions, The Earth Guardians, said that this is so, that there is a library that we subconsciously connect with to get creative ideas and thoughts.
So, after this, we realize that we are really creating tools or inventions to compensate for what is lost, just like a man with a broken leg using a prosthetic leg, or someone with impaired vision using a contact lens.
Your Brain Needs Energy to Operate
When I was a teen, I used to receive messages and information that I thought to be my own imagination. However, there were a few instructions to follow so that I could be more focused and clear.
In school during a coffee break, I did that mental exercise for about 15 minutes. I was surprised to find that even the images in my mind were sharp and clear when I returned to class. In addition to that, there were some math problems that I solved very fast with an out-of-this-world solution. Then my friend noticed and said, wow how did you do that?.
From that moment, I discovered that our brains don’t get sufficient energy for us to benefit from them. The food we consume doesn’t produce enough energy or even the required energy for our brains.
Have you noticed that some days you are motivated to do things, and other days you are simply out of sync? Nothing works, no motivation no energy to get anything done. This is because we are depleted out of energy and that our body and mind are trying to tell us to go and recharge.
Here are a few things you can do to recharge your brain
