They came from another world through the underground as this is the safest way to open a portal without damaging the life on the surface, there is ‘another sun’ (I am Assuming earth’s core?) on the ground which acts as a portal, so they first trace your planets’ underground caverns, to see which path is the closest to the desired atmospheric conditions for them to live. The rock underground is hollow like a sponge with many caverns that allow them to penetrate and emerge to the surface, mostly however where there are mountains there are openings and caves leading to the earth’s core.
Under the planet, as you move away from the inner sun (I am assuming earth’s core), there are minor and major portals where one can move within the planet, and the major portals where one can move across the solar systems, and one great portal where you can move across Universes. Most ancient traditions knew about it and have used these portals to travel across the planet, planets, Galaxies, and Universes.
These openings are color-coded where each color represents different worlds. There are guardians of these portals however, they are invisible, and visible to others, You may try to locate them for years without success, even if you get maps showing their locations, those maps may disappear mysteriously because of these guardians.
It was as natural for ancient cultures to use these portals as sailing through the oceans. Soon enough it will be rediscovered again where many people will immigrate to different worlds to re-establish themselves.
After coming through these gates the Olmecs resurface through underground caverns.

The minds of the best artists are used to creating these miniature items, tools, weapons, etc. they wear some sort of headband that extracts those images and projects them on the special instrument of water, their minds compared to ours are higher in electromagnetic charges. So like you see the Helmets of those statues you have excavated they were thoughts magnifiers, they balance and synchronize energies of the environment and our bodies, inside these helmets, there are moving patterns that create specific energetic signatures, these patterns require a higher level of mental precision, one would have to hold their breaths for an extended amount of time to fashion such a pattern inside these helmets.
