Many Challenges from Acquiring Knowledge Out of Aether

It has become a thing of the norm acquiring and ingesting our knowledge from electronic devices and paper books, which is a regurgitating of other people’s regurgitation. The thing is most of knowledge has been recycled so many times, it becomes really hard to know what the original experiencer experienced.

In my many adventures of seeking the ‘real stuff,’ I’ve discovered there are four factors that contribute to accessing universal knowledge.

Fact #1 It is true that every knowledge we are learning was extracted from nature as organic, original and raw knowledge.

Almost all the greatest thinkers like Albert Einstein, they never acquired what they knew from books or from institutions, they realized that what they were looking for is beyond the compendium of human knowledge, so they seek to quench the thirst of their curiosity directly from life itself. The question arises, how did they do it?

Fact #2 All the great thinkers, innovators, inventors and the likes, didn’t learn it directly how to do what they did.

Looking at people such as the founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates, Apple Steve Jobs and many others, you will find that they have something in common; they never learned what they learned from someone else.

Fact #3 No one is going to teach you the ‘real stuff’ or even sell you the ‘real stuff’ if they are original. Unless the price is right.

There is a wealth of books around the internet, bookstores, and public libraries. Truth is the actual stuff that makes the world go around is never found in books, Apple is not going to teach their patents, neither is a spiritual guru going to teach you their secret teachings.

Fact #4 Once you eliminate the middleman, you can access the information without prejudice.

After I realized that If I ever really needed to get the real stuff, I have to start learning to get my hands dirty, go to the source and brew my own homemade beer. So, I eliminated the use of books, the dependency of books, something which isn’t as easy as it sounds, but it can be done.

Fact #5 The truth is simple and straight forward, you just need patience, and enough amount of stupidity to accept that you were wrong.

Eliminating the middleman was not so hard for me, because I am stubborn by nature, and I enjoy learning things on my own.

Here I am meditating until my mind hurts, but the middleman is burrowed deep down in my own consciousness, telling me how things are done. Then I realized even meditation was the seed planted by someone, and I have clung to the idea that meditating is the only access to this mysterious place where there is milk and honey. So, what to do now, they tell you don’t throw a baby with a basket, save the basket you might need it, or sale it on Craigslist for a dime. But I threw everything out of the water.

It occurred to me that we access this layer of awareness every day, just that we call it visualization, daydreaming and imagination and we have not invested and explored it as much as we have with books. Albert Einstein said, Imagination is better than knowledge, the answer is always simpler than we expect, but because of the expectations we fail to see what is right in front of us.

Now is the end of the session, Let us Close with a Prayer. Amen!
