My Daily Rituals to Maintain My High Vibrations
The power of repetition
We all have spiritual rituals that we do to maintain our spiritual nature. We get spiritual insights every day, where sometimes it is hard to remember what a certain principle meant, so to solve the forgetful problem. I have developed the daily rituals that I constantly do to raise my vibrations and my state of well-being.
So here are my daily spiritual rituals.
- Morning rituals.
Besides meditating, affirmations, chanting mantras, and breathing, I wake up by saying grace. This is simply sending out positive vibes to anything that is ahead of me, it is like sending out a beacon of positive vibes that even if there is negative energy coming my way, this vibe will counterbalance to reduce this negativity. This also gives me a neutral mental attitude where I will deal with the day without preconceived Ideas. - before eating rituals.
If you grew up in a Christian background like me, you will immediately know that a lot of Christian families say grace before they eat their meal. After reading a lot of different metaphysical books. It came to my attention that the important thing about grace before a meal or before anything is what I just explained in the first ritual. The important part is the intention, then it comes visualization.
When it comes to meals, I project energy to modify and purify the meal on subatomic levels so that it can be nutritious for my body, this would raise another question if I can modify the nutritious level of the food, why not just do it directly on my body? The answer is simple we don’t have that much intense energy to do that yet, so we use food for that purpose. - Speaking of water.
I have talked about saying grace before meals, and there is no doubt that water responds to our intentions. Speaking to water directly whether you are taking a shower, washing your hands, doing laundry, or drinking can tremendously change and improve your wellbeing.
Entertaining the idea that water is a living being in itself will make water respond to you differently. So by speaking positive and good things about the water, it will improve your internal and external surroundings. Just do a simple example, before you drink water, just think positively of it, and become excited that you are going to drink it expecting it to cleanse and purify your body. You will be surprised. - Showering ritual.
Most people when taking shower, just take it as a routine, and there is nothing more to it. But once you acknowledge the power of water, you can take it a little further whenever there is an opportunity. For me when I take a shower, I have created a ritual where I am also cleansing my mind, emotions, and body so that when the water pours down, all the toxins and negative energies that block my energy channels are washed away with that water. It is interesting that once you finish, you will feel the energy shift not only on the physical level but also mentally and emotionally. - Cleansing ritual.
Water can be a powerful ally when you recognize its potential. In the modern lifestyle, a lot of people are no longer accustomed to the habit of washing hands. As for myself, I have come to appreciate the habit of washing hands, not because of germs, but other things that might be lingering in the world of the unknown.
So I have five elements ritual on which I do three times a day, in the morning when I brush my teeth, in the afternoon and in the evening before I go to bed.
I wash my face as the temple of light asking water to cleanse it off anything that doesn’t serve me anymore, and because it is the face, I also cleanse all other faces that are not my true face, the faces that I have accumulated over time because of fear.
Then I wash my hands, the right hand being the temple of space, this is the dominant hand where I create things with it, I cleanse it off all things that I have done negatively to affect others and myself.
Then I cleanse my left hand which is the temple of water, the left hand is where I hold things to support the right hand, so the things that I hold negatively I cleanse all of them and welcome new and exciting things in my life.
Then I cleanse my legs, the right leg is the temple of earth, it grounds me and helps me to move around by taking the first step, so I clear it all obstacles that keep me on the unhealthy ground, and everything that keeps on holding me down I remote it.
Then I move on the last left leg, this is the temple of the mountain, it is my foundation, where I stand, I strengthen my foundation and improve my stability, I remove everything that destabilizes my foundation.
These are the simple daily rituals that you can make your habit, you will be surprised.
