5. Refund Policy (The 14-Day Guarantee)
We offer a 14-Day “Action-Based” Refund Policy for our digital courses. To be eligible for a refund, you must show proof that you have completed the daily exercises and workbook prompts for the first 14 days and have not experienced a shift in your practice. Private 1-on-1 Shamanic Sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
