This Powdered Leaf Did a Miracle to My Body
The superfood that I never knew anything about
How did it all start
“Your lungs are healthy, we can’t find the problem,” my Dr. said.
I decided to visit the doctor after I started having chest pain whenever it gets colder. Sometimes I would have a hard time breathing. I first thought it was asthma, or maybe I had developed an allergy.
My doctor insisted that my heart seems to be fine, even though I have chest problems. So, they booked me for a 24-hour heart monitor to take a closer look at what is going on with my heart. This too didn’t show anything was wrong with me.
Constant coughing, severe chest pains, and heart palpitations became my lifestyle.
They found the problem
About six months later, I moved away from Canadian weather to the African climate. The interesting thing was that I lived in Alberta for over 12 years without any prior chest problems regardless of the extreme temperature. But these problems started when I moved to a relatively warmer climate in Vancouver. Alberta is very dry while British Columbia is humid. Maybe this triggered something in my body.
When I moved to Africa, the problems continued. It was an interesting experience because whenever there is any breeze, chest pains would start. I decided to visit the local doctors there. The doctor did not even diagnose me with anything, as soon as I explained to him what was happening to me. He asked me, do you sometimes feel heartburn? I said yes once in a while.
Then he told me the problem is not with the chest or the heart, but the root cause is ulcers. The acid in your stomach causes the muscles in your esophagus to relax, this interferes with your breathing and your heart. It made so much sense that even the slight change in external temperature would trigger chest pains.
He then gave me a prescription for acid reflux.
The Almighty Heartburn
I kept on telling myself, “I don’t have problems with heartburn, I have never had problems with heartburn, so why should I take these acid reflux medications?” That’s what I told myself on day three, and I threw the medication out.
Mind you the entire time when I had chest pain, and heart problems, I never had any noticeable heartburn. But now it started, it was as if that local Dr. had hypnotized me with that statement to get a heartburn.
The heartburn became so severe over the next few days. They lasted for days and kept me awake at night. I experimented with eating foods without cooking oil, I experimented with foods without tomatoes. It was a crime for me to eat yesterday’s food. Though this helped a bit, however whenever I made any mistake, heartburn would stay with me the entire night. I got to experience the terrors of heartburn. It would get so severe that I would cough the entire night.
The temporary solution was hibiscus tea. It really helped me because whenever I drink it, the heartburn disappears. But it will resurface again, so I have to drink it on a regular basis.
Thanks to the pandemic
It was then a couple of weeks later that the pandemic began. At that time, everyone began researching supplements that would boost their immune systems. I kept up with the trend, watching the news and researching what other people were using.
Then my dad, mom, uncle, and aunt got it. My parents survived after two weeks of intensive medication. My uncle and aunt were never admitted to the hospital. They seemed to have handled the problem on their own.
That was when everyone started revealing their secrets. My uncle started telling my dad which vegetables and fruits he should take, to flush all the toxins out of his body. I didn’t know this side of my uncle at all, as he always talks about crooked politicians. Later when I visited them, they advised me to get a ground avocado seed for my dad as it has a lot of health benefits.
Then, I headed to the open market to find where I could find it. When I was purchasing it and saw all the benefits listed on its label, something else caught my eye. I saw another grounded leaf with so many health benefits, including curing ulcers. I got that for myself and the ground avocado seed for my dad.
Moringa The Miracle Leaf
When I noticed that moringa has so many health benefits, I got it for myself. They said one teaspoon in the morning and one in the evening. I followed the instructions as they suggested.
Immediately after three days, I noticed my body was different. I had gained appetite. My digestive system works perfectly, and now I feel healthy about my body.
A couple of weeks passed, then I suddenly remembered when I used to have heartburn. Where did it vanish? I don’t have any chest pains anymore. Heartburn and chest pains have disappeared without a trace. It was then that I realized that it had cured the root cause of the problem.
Health benefits of Moringa
Conclusion
This is not medical advice, neither am I affiliated with any specific moringa products. I only shared my experience with Moringa. No one told me about or recommended it to me I came across it coincidentally and has solved my health problems. Should you decide to try it out, do it at your own risk.
