Using Emotions As Energy Generators For Creativity
Emotions when channeled properly can ignite creativity
What are emotions?
Emotions: Are sets of sensations or feelings which contain events, symbols, and meaning.
Sensations or feelings can be stimulated by external forces or internal forces. That is to say, the thoughts generated in your mind can stimulate sensations or feelings, as well as an external experience, which can stimulate these sensations.
If you see a lemon, you begin to salivate just as much as you think of it. The sensation of salivating is created equally by external stimuli or internal.
For these reasons, feeling or sensations is the medium between internal and external reality. The bridge between your body and mind.
Behaviour is a settled or a thicker layer of emotions, an emotional memory based on a physical experience.
If you repeat a certain action over and over it becomes a habit, not a physical substance in your body but a lighter form of feeling, like being lazy, being active, and so forth.
These behaviors we can create by overwriting existing ones. And it is these behaviors that can then result in physical substances such as diseases or health. where when you apply these simple techniques, you can replace bad behavior with good ones.
For example, if you eat unhealthy food, you become fat, then you have converted your behavior into a material substance which is fat. But if you have a behavior of being active, and eating healthy, you are creating a fit body which is a manifestation of that behavior.
The energy of Emotions
When you hate someone, you are focusing your internal energy toward that sensation of hate, the same when you are happy and cheering something up. When someone is actively and emotionally involved with anything, they focus most of their energy on that activity.
These intense emotions help someone to perform on an optimal level.
Whenever you are doing anything, try to involve or recreate an excitement towards what you do, this will multiply in your productivity.
