Artificial intelligence is very ancient and has been around maybe before the dawn of man.

Intelligence is the ability to acquire or accumulate knowledge and apply it. Knowledge is a memory of an item or an event. Thinking is the ability to process memory, project an outcome by combining memories and external knowledge.

We cannot deny the benefits of intelligence, it has brought many technological advancements, including medical, technical, informational, and many other benefits. One can view these products as a big step toward human achievement.

On the other hand, however, these advancements are not necessarily good for all members of the planets. Humans, animals, and the environment, in general, have suffered tremendously because of technological advancements.

On one side of the planet, some people are celebrating the invention of high-tech devices such as an iPhone, while other parts of the world are enduring child labor, slave labor, and wars of conflicts on minerals. Plastic has made life easier when it comes to packaging, caring, and preserving most things, but on the other side, it has brought huge environmental pollution, ocean pollution, and death of much oceanic life, not forgetting the cause of cancer.

The Existence of Knowledge in other forms.

There is intelligence in plants that exist in biochemical form.

Human knowledge tends to just stay in the mind. The mental realm is mostly in the form of images or sound, the other senses are considered primitive senses. We don’t have a physician who can diagnose you by sniffing you.

Knowledge can exist in the human body in the form of an emotional response, by repeatedly or by experiencing a certain event we are able to store these events and recall them upon certain triggers. But unfortunately, our intelligence is only based on a small portion of our brain capacity.

Life, for example, has stored a massive amount of information on plants, insects, and animals, by simply observing how they do things we are able to read or decode this information and apply it to our lives.

Where did Intelligence come from?

Training the art of injecting artificial ways of thinking into young minds

Every animal, plant, and insect have some sort of intelligence. The difference between an animal’s and human’s intelligence is solely based on mechanistic nature. What does this mean?

It means that when a dog wants to solve a problem, it will use all of its natural bodily resources to solve its problems, it will use its body as a holistic tool to solve the problem. One may be surprised why when it comes to fertilizing plants, humans would make an industrial standard fertilizer than using their own natural-born fertilizers.

When you look at all other animals, humans are the only ones that need to process food before they consume it, they need to manufacture clothing for their protection.

There are always clues leading to discovering there is an altercation in any original product. When you see a huge crater, it is easy to assume there was a comet impact. When you look at the tree rings and see a disturbance in their normal rhythm, it is safe to assume there was interference in the growth of that tree.

According to history, the Mesopotamia civilization was the first one to start agriculture, pottery, and another counting system, many people postulate that this time, was the time where most of the biblical records originate from, hence the story of Adam and Eve. This knowledge of agriculture, pottery, counting, etc., was artificially taught to people by someone else. which is not naturally accumulated by people.

Progress or Regress

Looking at the development of human society and the way it came to be, we can definitely see that there are many side effects that are unnatural. There are many diseases caused by the products of our development on many levels such as environmental, health, psychological, social, and mental.

The simple meaning of life is to live and to express life without limitations when a person starts to favor work more than his/her life or puts work above their own health and wellbeing, then there is certainly a regress in life.

Technology and progress are meant to make life more enjoyable, simpler, and more forgiving, but if one individual is trapped in child labor or slave labor so that other parts of the world can prosper this isn’t progress but regress.

How is Human Intelligence Artificial — A Very Scary Idea

Humans are born with their own ability to think and deal with their daily challenges. Having a bigger capacity to remember things and catalog them in their brains gives them more advantages over other creatures. This is some kind of a cheat, it is a cheat because it is against the natural laws of life, The essence of life is motion, flow, and transformation When we block this process we are violating these laws. Which is in itself not of nature.

Nature knows best, Nature deals with the population of humans, conservation of energy, harmony, and balance of things. But having intelligence makes humans something that isn’t natural.

The other day, I was growing my lawn, I had to buy some soil and fertilizer, then had to buy an actual lawn so I can grow it. As I kept watering my lawn, I realized that there are other plants that grew naturally without any effort, and they tend to be growing better than the ones I am struggling to make grow.

This brought up an important point, my need to grow the lawn which I selfishly needed to have a beautiful yard, rather than a practical ecological function that naturally adjusts itself caused an imbalance and a disturbance to the ecological system to the place am staying.

Which is a bigger picture portraying how humans fit themselves on this planet, and how they artificially disturb the entire ecosystem. I am one human working in a single event, but how about all humans working in multiple events on the entire planet for a couple of centuries now?

Don’t blame Nature of Human Intelligence

While intelligence has brought us the double-edged sword kind of benefits, it all boils down to the individual who makes those decisions. Intelligence is an ability, how we use it is what matters.

It seems intelligence has been disconnected, meaning we only use things that are out of theories, unlike nature a product of the mind does not include everything in the equation, for example, if someone is inventing a vehicle, they only look at the physical part, and not including the entire ecosystem to the existing one. A vehicle is not a vehicle without the entire process behind it and the one preceding it.

The real progress comes when we are able to include and associate the holistic nature of things, for example, an individual cannot survive without the use of other people’s services, and therefore we cannot define a person on the premises of his/her body, but by including the entire community behind them that contributes to their existence.

Integration of a person’s work with his/her physical body involvement leads to a healthier lifestyle compared to that of sitting down behind a desk for 8 hours every day which creates another need for a workout. Our intelligence seems to isolate things, not plugging themselves in with the already existing systems. This is the cause of the problems.
